Our Return Policy:
If any functional problems or defects are found, we will accept a worry-free return within 15 days, and will pay the return shipping cost. Device needs to be returned in exact same condition as received and free of passwords/ Google account locks to be eligible for return. If the device is returned in any worse condition, it will not be eligible for returns. There is a 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items. If order is cancelled before the item has shipped there is a 3% relisting fee.
