does this come with the charger and original packaging? Also what is the battery health? Thanks!

Yes charger and original packing are included. As far as battery percentage, IPads dont tell you the exact percentage but it should be around 99-100. I haven’t used it much and haven’t even had it a full year
Just want to confirm that the only are a few scratches on the side, Charging pen works with no issue?
Can you also let me know what version of ios you're on?
