"is this locked to Sprint?" is what i meant, not "this is locked to Sprint"... i ask because even tho Sprint is now a part of T-Mobile, i've heard some horror stories trying to get a Sprint phone to work on T-mobile acct, but there are slim pickin's out there for 256/512 silver XS Max's out there, so if this were unlocked i would definitely purchase, but if it isn't i'd be nervous about trying to get it activated- thanks!
