Warranty expiration date? Battery health status and charge cycles?

Ipad hasn't been used enough so there is no battery health to display warranty expiration is Jan 27 2022 telephone tech support expires April 28 2021 I could make local pickup an option I'm only available on weekends FYI and I can do $820 on the iPad
I notice that the screen film is not original and it has lot of bubbles and screen not properly visible. How is the screen condition?
Also the battery seems drained in the picture. Hope it will be charged fully before sale for verification.

No screen film is just for temporary protection. The screen is in perfect condition no visible scratches, cracks or anything like that. iPad has been charged since picture was taken. Can’t take less then the $820 previously mentioned
