There might be a few minor micro-scratches from normal use, but there aren't any that I can see when I look at it.

Doubt if it still has the original warranty at this time, since it’s been a while since the phone came out and I did not buy it recently. Also not sure as to battery health, as I don’t think there’s a stock way to view this in Android. It’s definitely still solid all day though!
