The 3 bubbles as you called it, are the connectors for magic and folio keyboards if I am not mistaken. Feel free to check with a couple of pictures on apple's website.

I do not see any physical imperfections around the iPad, so like new. No scratches or cracks.

Pricing wise, I will lower it in a few days or so if it does not sell at the current price.
