Is this locked to spectrum?

no. open to any carrier

Was it activated? What’s the iOS on it? If it wasn’t activated, what’s the 4th and 5th digits of the serial number on the box? This can help me identify the iOS.

Also, I’ve verified at spectrum’s website, and in order to have it unlocked, the phone:
1. Must be purchased from Spectrum Mobile and activated on a Spectrum Mobile line.

2. The device must be paid off in full.

3. Your Spectrum Mobile account must be active for 60 days and in good standing, with no outstanding payments.

4. The device must not be reported lost, stolen or involved with fraudulent activity.

Since it’s almost a new phone and doesn’t have the 60 days at spectrum, how is it unlocked to other carriers?
