Hey Matthew,
For how long was this device used? Can you put pictures of the sides of the phone, as well as the top and charging port? Also a picture of the pop up camera out both front and back. Any problems or issues with the phone internally or externally? How is the battery life percentage of this phone? Was this phone heavily used?

Please also show pictures of the light scratches, and a pucture of the screen with an all white screen showing the screen burn.

What happened to the warp charger?

I bought this phone used in November, on swappa. I used it for about a week until I figured out that it was not compatible with my carrier. It's just been sitting in the box until I finally got around to selling it. No problems that I am aware of other than the light screen burn and scratches. The battery is normal.

I decided to keep the warp charger as I bought another oneplus 7 pro right after I learned I couldn't use this one.

Can you post better pictures of the screen burn on the phone? Maybe put a YT video of a white background and put it on full screen with full brightness. Are the scratches deep scratches? Can you feel them when using the phone?

I took a few more and uploaded them for you. My camera is having a hard time picking it up. The burn towards the bottom of the phone is a little bit more pronounced than in the photo. For everyday use, you will hardly notice it.

I can't feel the scratches at all. There are only a couple of scratches that are noticeable when the phone is on and only when you get it in certain lighting.

Does this phone have a screen protector? Or the scratches are on the phones main screen?

No screen protector. They are on the main screen

So the only screen burn on the phone is the navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen and the notification bar on the top? Or is there anything in the middle of the screen? Or just top and bottom?

Correct, no screen burn in the middle. Just the navigation buttons and the notification bar.

What carriers is this phone compatible with? Also, no screen protector? Was the phone case used?

This is a T-mobile phone so it is at least compatible with T-mobile, I'm not sure about other carriers. I was not using the case for the week I was using the phone. I am not sure about the previous owner. However, that case will be included with the phone. Correct, no screen protector.

Are you able to check if this would be compatible on Metro by T-mobile, Verizon, or Boost Mobile? I think you are able to search for an IMEI checker on their sites to see if the phone would be compatible. I can't do it on my own since it is prohibited from posting the phones number.
