Hi Manuel C., the phone is updated to the latest IOS released already. The phone is restored to factory settings so I can't change the request for an Apple ID as I would have to set up the phone to change those settings. It has been unlocked by my carrier so it can be used with any carrier, and if you purchase it you should be able to change the requirements you're talking about when you receive it. Thank you!
Battery health?

The last time I used the phone, the battery health Maximum Capacity was 97%. It has been turned off since then (about 2 months).
