- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.

How's the battery life on this?
Hi, we don't know how many battery cycles the phone has been through unlike iPhone which you can easily tell. Most Android doesn't have much information nor we have knowledge on the previous owner since we process a large volume of devices.
