Hey George, is the phone paid off? are you able to provide proof that the phone doesnt have a lein on it from T-mobile?

Yes the phone is paid off. I believe that swappa runs the imei for the phone to make sure there are no liens but I could be wrong about that. I know I have to provide it to them. I’m not sure what other proof to provide. I switched providers and don’t have an account with T-Mobile anymore. Hence the reason for selling the phone. Anyways, if there is something specific you know of that I can get for proof I’m happy to try to get it. I know I can run an IMEI check myself but im not allowed to provide imei on here

Swappa, is there a way to show the phone is paid off without providing the imei to the purchaser? Do you run the imei when provided?

We have run the IMEI when it was approved. I have done so again and it is paid off.
