Can you post more images of how this shadow look like when using the phone? Can you show the other shadows? Any scratches? Is it just the fingerprint that is the shadow?

Is it noticeable when using the phone? Or only in white backgrounds? How's the pop-up camera?

Is it just the fingerprint that is the shadow on the screen? Also, is that black bar at the bottom part of the screen burn? Any scratches on the screen? Why didn't you post pictures of the back of the phone? Does everything else function properly? Please I need some answers before making a decision.

@CP_55 - The shadow is slightly noticeable on light backgrounds. The screen has few light scratches that are too light to be captured in photos. We do not have any better camera to take any better photos since these are the best we can do.

Oh ok, but is the fingerprint the only shadow on the phone? Also, why didn't you put pictures of the back of the phone? Please show the back of the phone, add pictures.

@CP_55 - We have uploaded more photos for this phone. The front screen do have scratches but the camera has difficulties focusing on these. The shadow do show up on the navigation bar. The back photo was reuploaded since Swappa made an error assuming there's IMEI on the back, which there are not.

When you touch the scratches, can you feel them with your finger? Does the popup camera function properly? How's the baterty life % on this phone? This will help make a decision.

The Fingerprint is the only burn in the phone?

Could you do me a favor and check if this phones imei says it works on the metro by tmobile website where you can check if a phone would work in their carrier please? I want to know if the service at metro would work with the phone.

@CP_55 - We cannot determine if the scratches can be sensed. The popup camera is fully functional. Otherwise this device will not be listed on Swappa. We cannot determine the battery health since there are no accurate 3rd party software to test the device. The phone's IMEI is tested good on T-Mobile's website.

Please understand that we are handling a very large volume of the device, we cannot test some of the details to full extent.

Can you test the IMEI on the Metro by T-mobile website?

@CP_55 - We have also tested the device on Metro PCS's website and it is checked as good. As long as the phone is paid off, phones directly from T-Mobile should have no issues with Metro PCS.

Can you show a picture of the whole screen on with a fullscreen white background? Also are the scratches really noticeable when the screen is off? Or only when looking closely you'll see the scratches?

If I end up purchasing the phone, and the scratches are larger than the one’s in the picture, am I able to return it?

@CP_55 - These are the best photos we can take since the scratches are very difficult to be captured in the photos. In addition to that, it is not cost effective for us if we spend time taking photos of the popup camera. As we described this device is in fair condition, some wear/tear will be expected on such conditions and we do not take refunds on proven defects. Most of the other business sellers on Swappa do have similar practices on photos. Thank you for your understandings.
