Yes, it is unlocked and I never had issues with the battery life so replacing it would be up to the buyers discretion.

Would you take $300 for the iPhone, two screen protectors, original box, wall adapter, and just one case? You could easily sell the other 24 cases on ebay or facebook marketplace.
I would still probably leave it at $400. Sorry.
