Can you provide a picture of the battery count and capacity?
Hi, Thanks for your question. Since the computer is completely reset to factory settings- there's not an easy way to see the battery count without me creating an entirely new account to login and then wiping it all again. I have never had battery issues- it lasts upwards of 6-8 hours before needing a charge, obviously dependent on what you're doing on it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
