Hi, is it still under contract with a carrier network? Is the price firm or you can consider an offer?
Hello, The device is not under a carrier's contract. The device is not currently unlocked and is network locked for use on T-Mobile's network (will LIKELY work with most T-Mobile MVNOs too). My paid service indicates the IMEI for this device is eligible for unlock, this generally means there are no contractual obligations for the device. Unlocking the device for use on other networks is subject to T-Mobile's unlock policy, which may require a period of activation on an account prior to processing an unlock.
The price is fairly firm.
