Hello!

I’m interested, is this the model that is prone to the stick drift?

Also I understand the headset shows that is mint, I just want to verify. Are there any scratches on the headset or more importantly the lenses?

Would you take $900 for it?

I received it in mid-November, so it's quite new (and I was careful to not click on the sticks when I used it.) I don't know if the problem has been fixed in the new versions (it takes a while to show up), but I didn't observe any drift myself in my limited use.

The front glossy translucent panel does have very faint rub marks and microscratches visible in harsh lighting situations, but they're purely cosmetic and won't be visible unless you look carefully for them.

The lenses are pristine and unscratched.

I can't go to $900; the lowest I can go right now is $1075.

I see , my only concern is warranty now. If you could work with me to transfer the warranty(if possible) id be interested.

From reading online, it appears that the warranty transfers with the device; however, Steam Support might ask for the Steam purchase number or ask the original owner (me) if your RMA request is legitimate. I will include a printout of the receipt in the box, and I'm happy to confirm you are the new owner if/when Steam Support requests it.

I have a local offer for $900 (on offerup) just waiting on the seller to entertain their other offers first.

Also, what would express shipping to Chicago set you back? May be interested in that, if it isn’t too absurd.

No issues at all, apart from the well-known downsides (it gets uncomfortably warm for me, and it's not as high-resolution as Quest 2.)

I ordered it in August, before Quest 2 released; but after comparing the two, I found that I prefer Quest 2, even for PCVR content.

Sorry, it took me a bit to get express shipping info. I didn't add it initially because it's quite variable based on destination.

Express shipping to Chicago would be an extra $155, and it should be delivered Jan 4. (The Valve Index box is big and heavy!)
