Purchased 11/29/2019, unfortunately the limited warranty will be expired on 11/29/2020.
However, I did sent the laptop back during the warranty and have it examined.

Is this the 120Hz model?

I believe it is the standard 60Hz model.
So its the 4k model? Why did you send it in for repair?

This model is 1920 x 1080 (Full HD). The 4K was the only option when I was filling the listing information for some reason. Sorry for any confusion. I sent it back because the left side speaker wasn't working properly, and it is now fixed.
