I did a battery replacement during the $39 Apple deal a couple of years ago, so this unit has 91% battery health. I was disappointed to see a few nicks under the case. I think that was due to debris in the case. However, I always used a case and a screen protector. I've been very happy with this phone, but I wanted to upgrade to a little nicer camera, so I recently bought an 11 Pro Max through Swappa. Includes the original packaging, block and cord, but I'm not including the earbuds because that would be gross. :-) I am including the MAGPUL case that I have used the entire time.
