2. Currently the speaker has problems or was it solved with software or by taking it to a store?

1. Battery is good. I don't know of a way to measure it, but haven't had any problems.

2. Speaker is actually a software issue. In the process of listing it I did a dfw wipe, no issues. Upgraded to 14.2 and it sounded like the speaker was busted. I'm going to do the dfw again today and I'll let you know. Probably just don't upgrade to 14.2 (that's apple for ya)

3. $380 after fees and shipping, sure. Not sure what the total cost would be.

There's some fine scratches/scuffs on the sides from being put into a case without being dried after cleaning.
