Thanks for your interest. The Fire has 16GB of builtin storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 200GB). It has a front and back camera and Amazon has instructions on downloading the Zoom app for use on the device.

Rear camera is 2 MP and from is 0.3 MP.

Regarding differences between the fire and other tablets, there’s good info on web. My assumption is the Amazon Fire good for reading books, playing games, web browsing, video, etc. Tablets may have additional functions with more business type apps, etc.

One comparison said the following: “if you just want an inexpensive tablet for browsing the web, going through emails, and watching videos, there isn’t that big a difference. If you want the entire ecosystem of Android apps without jumping through hoops, you might want to get a more typical Android tablet.”
