Damage Description
The Note 9 phone is perfect with only 2 very small scratches on the lower left side of the screen. (See photo where these are pointed out.) You can only feel them with your fingernail. You can't see them when the screen is on. They are very faint but still there. The phone functions perfectly. Only replaced the phone because we wanted a Note20.

Note 9 from ATT. In the original box. The phone is in perfect condition with the exception of two very faint scratches. You can't see the scratches when the screen is on. You also can't feel them with your fingertip, only if you run your nail on the screen. Look at the pictures attached. I took a picture at an angle to show them.
