- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.

From the site it says: "You can easily generate a battery report by running the powercfg /batteryreport command. Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin), type powercfg / batteryreport at the command prompt then hit the Enter key. The report will be saved under C:\Windows\ System32 as battery-report."
