- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
All devices have a 14 day free exchange for any other device in inventory if you are not happy for any reason. You will be refunded or billed the difference in value between the devices.
All devices come with a 90 day functional warranty. This warranty includes defects but does not include accidental damage.
For all non exchange returns (buyers remorse) there is a 15% fee to cover shipping, processing, etc

the phone will only run on the T-Mobile network. If your total wireless plan is on the T-Mobile network it will work, however, it looks like most total wireless plans run on Verizon's network so be sure to confirm that your plan is running on the T-Mobile network before purchasing!
I think I’m good. Forgot I switched to Simple Mobile. GSM CDMA phone should work fine.
it's not unlocked, it's only for t-mobile & any carriers that operate on the tmobile network
