1. What's the battery life?
2. I could do $160, let me know if/when that works for you.
1. It has a 2915 mAh battery, isn't too big but it usually got me through the day. Heavier than normal use would require a charge.

any scratches on the screen? $165?
There's a faint scratch towards the right side that I honestly never noticed until I looked closely just now. You can not see it at all unless the screen is off and you look at an angle. Other than that, there is no damage
Would you be able to post a picture of the phone with the screen off, to show where the scratch is?
