Hello Monica, assuming it is all paid off, are you able to request an unlock from Xfinity? It should just take a simple chat based on their website:

If so I would be very interested in buying.

Also, not as a dealbreaker but out of curiosity, if you go to settings > battery and click on "battery health", what percentage does it show?
