Damage Description
The laptop is in very good condition. The screen was was replaced by Apple a year ago and is in near flawless condition.
The charger is included - however, please know that one of the plugs is slightly bent and requires you to slightly push against it when you plug it in. Otherwise, no issues once it's plugged in.

Are the spots on the screen permanent or can be cleaned off?
They can be cleaned off. I recently ran out of cleaning wipes and haven't been able to restock yet.
