Hi Alex, it's not possible to upgrade the RAM in this model of macbook (it's soldered to the motherboard). The pricing reflects that this is an 8GB machine. Are you doing very processing-intensive tasks? If not, you may not notice the difference.

no, I didn't. I've never had any problem running discrete graphics on this machine so I didn't bother

Dear Connie & Swappa,
I tried to do the payment for the macbook, but got an error saying, that PayPal can not charge my card. A few seconds later my card was charged for the amount. But I don't see the purchase in my account. How can we resolve this? Is it possible to void this transaction, so I can redo it?

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
