A device must be taken to an Apple Store within 30 days of purchase to be evaluated for purchase of Apple Care. Your device is beyond that threshold. I will query Apple, given that all their stores are closed due to Covid 19. I am very interested in your device, as it is the model I want, with at least the minimal storage I seek, is Product RED (a very important cause for the world), and is priced to give a $25 dollar discount over new, and provides one of the best cases and screen protectors in the industry. I'll do my best to make this transaction work, but Apple Care is crucial, as it provides unparalleled protection, that having experienced it on a used 15" Mac Book Pro, I found it to be the best retail experience I have ever encountered. Thank you for bringing a very reasonable proposal to the marketplace.

Why are you selling a used phone for more than the retail price of a new one? Am I missing something?

@Gifford A. - In that case Apple Care will not be available since it has been over 30 days since purchase and activation

@Neutronbomb The 128gb version is $449 most anywhere you look unless you get activation discount and I am including a top tier case and screen protector. The phone is basically new as it was never used outside of me inside my home briefly. I dont think it has been charged over 3-4 times and was shut off for last couple weeks.
