what do the "mint mobile" "approved" icons at the top of the ad signify? Is thia icon required for phones that use mint wirelesas service as oppoaed to other phone plans like at&t, verizon etc? please explain thanks!
It doesn't mean anything. It's an ad by swappa. Phone is unlocked and will work on all carriers

Is this a Verizon phone that was unlocked? Also, is there expedited shipping through IPS available at my cost?
It's an unlocked phone that will reset to your carriers star screen and settings once you put your SIM card in. The best I can do is ship it with priority mail which is 2-3 business days shipping
One last question. Can you go on visible website and see if the IMEI works with their service please?

FYI - Visible seems to be a real 'cluster' when it comes to Android. Depending on how many forums you read... some say S10e model U1 is the one Visible is selling on its site; yet others say they have an unlocked S10e and it doesn't work on Visible; conversely, some say they checked their IMEI on Visible's webpage check, which returned 'not compatible', yet their phone actually does work on Visible; others speculate perhaps only certain 'blocks' of IMEI's work on Visible. I talked to a Visible rep, and they told me they are 'unable to tell me if a particular model of phone will work on their system, and the only way to know if a phone works on their system is to speak with them and have them check the specific ESN/IMEI.' Something very fishy going on there... $40 per mo unlimited MVNO seems to good to be true. Perhaps it is, and they are mainly making money by supporting Apple and by selling phones themselves. IDK

That is making it difficult for me to choose a phone to buy on Swappa, and could potentially make a lot of work for sellers... unless someone can get / give definitive answers. (PS - Swappa Helpdesk told me the best thing to do is to ask sellers in these comment sections!)
