Two questions - can you post a picture of the nick? And, can you report the battery health? Thanks!
Hi Wendy E. I have posted an additional picture of the small nick. Hope this helps. Regarding battery life, it's ok. Understand that I live on my phone for work. I never made it through a work day on one charge with this phone. I typically start at 5:00-6:00 each morning, charge at lunch, then plug it in at night when I go to bed.

If you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health/Service and it should say what the battery capacity of the phone is. Would you be able to comment or post what that percentage is?
