Hi Gilberto. Can you advise the battery cycle count? The best way to do is via the following info: Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin), type powercfg /batteryreport at the command prompt then hit the Enter key. The report will be saved under C:\Windows\System32 as battery-report. The report provides details about your battery including the name, manufacturer, serial number, chemistry and cycle count.

No problem. The white spot is very small and barely noticeable. There is one photo that I've uploaded that shows it. Its the photo of the white screen and barely any words.

how is the battery life? how man hours can you get out of a charge?

I dont know for sure. Havent used it in a while but the battery life is good.
