This phone was purchased at the end of August 2019. It is part of an account through Central Michigan University and Verizon unlocks these phones (see attached picture). The phone is in like new, mint condition. It was well taken care of and kept in an otterbox case its entire life. It comes with the case as seen in pics.

Is it paid off?
The phones are purchased outright through Central Michigan University. They aren't on payment plans. Besides if the imei didn't clear it wouldn't clear swappa's approval process.
