Can you post a closer picture of the scratches? Are they very noticeable when using the phone?
The scratches aren't noticable during use. Only when screen is off, from an angle, when looked for. Sure I'll post a close-up.
Tried to get closer image, but not able to get a shot in focus that really shows them. If you screenshot the images in the listing and zoom you'll get a better sense.

Is it unlocked?
No, it isn't unlocked. Must be used on T-Mobile network, or as wifi-only device. After a certain period of time on the T-Mobile network it can be unlocked to work on other GSM networks, but you would need to go through T-Mobile to make that happen.
