Got this Surface Laptop 2 on release day from BestBuy. It is an incredible machine and still works and looks just like new. I've had the matte (anti-fingerprint) screen protector and dbrand skin on since day 1. This was my primary school laptop and now have one provided from work. Original charger, packaging, manuals, and extra screen protectors included.
I've maintained the suede on the palm rest using my suede cleaner (you can find it at any shoe store or Walmart type stores) and never had any food or drinks around the laptop. Comes from a pet free home if you have any allergies.
This was my primary school laptop which I no longer use since I graduated last year, it's been sitting on my desk since then.

Alicia it’s completely factory reset so it’ll have the trial version of Microsoft office which you need to activate with a paid license. It does already have Windows 10 Pro on it however which you don’t have to worry about paying for
