Was it refurbished by Microsoft itself or some other company?

Any pictures of it? Still sealed inside after being refurbished?

I just wasn’t sure if Microsoft puts brand new batteries in their refurbs and being careful not to get something with too many charge cycles.

I can take pictures but it's literally a new laptop with no scratches or anything... Sealed box as you can all see.

@Dustin B. I'm not sure about the battery, but if you know how to check I will let you know. I don't think standard warranty is the same as complete warranty.

Thank you. Can I ask the reason the original surface book was sent in, before getting the refurbished one?

@Dustin B. I sourced this from a supplier. I don't know the reason. This is a refurbished new unit sent from Microsoft and not the same unit that was sent in.

Last question...when did you acquire this refurbished laptop? Has it been several months?

And do you know the year of the device? 2017, 2018, 2019? Not sure if it gives you that info through checking the warranty?

Most important question...do you know if it is Microsoft certified refurbished or just refurbished? Apologize for the numerous questions.

I acquired this recently like 2-3 weeks ago. It is 2019 I’m pretty sure, but how do you check to confirm? I’m assuming the model number. It is Microsoft refurbished straight from them

After receiving it from Microsoft did you turn it on and checked if they have sent you a new one and it is functioning as it is supposed to be?
