It's a growing common practice around Swappa for providing the Battery Report on Windows computers, would be helpful if you could post it (just the "Battery Cycle Count" section suffices).
1. Press "[Windows] key + S"
2. Search for "Command Prompt"
3. When it comes up, type in: "powercfg /batteryreport" (without apostrophes).
4. Press "[Windows] key + S"
5. Search for "battery-report.html" (without apostrophes)
6. It'll open up in Chrome/IE/Edge/Firefox/Opera, etc; a basic screenshot commonly suffices.
