320 Is too low - don't forget that Paypal, Swappa and USPS will all take their share before I get the money. I've budgeted shipping for 25$ and can refund you the difference to the actual shipping cost if that helps :) It's in good condition an the scratches do not bother when using the phone. I've uploaded some more pictures where you can see them.

I see a lot of scratches espacially on the back of the phone and corners.

No scratches on the back, please check the new pictures I've added. What previously looked like scratches might have been marks on the protective film I've applied (now removed). So except for the corners its in pretty good condition :) 379 minus whatever the difference in shipping (compared to 25$) is my last offer :) Great device, I'v just upgraded to an Iphone because of my workplace provided one.

No Swappa does not charge but I budgeted 30$ for shipping into the price. If the actual shipping costs with USPS are lower (probably will be, seeing that you are in NY and I'll ship from Florida), I'll refund you the difference.

Sorry, that's not how it works in Swappa. The seller has to eat the cost of shipping, that's what I've done for all of my phones. After taxes and Swappa sees I'm just better off paying an extra $100 to buy new

Oh I think there's a misunderstanding, sorry I was not clear :) of course I do pay the shipping. But when setting the price I account 30$ for potential shipping to more expensive locations...once had a surprise with shipping something to California.

You'll only pay the price listed here and then I'll refund you the difference in shipping via PayPal. So I'll just pass on my savings to you.

I understood what you were saying - I'm just saying that's not that helpful - as I said sellers have to eat the cost. I've sold to faraway places before too. Never paid more than $18. That said I want to buy it at $350 via Swappa, not a refund from you. As it stands I actually just ordered a brand new one half an hour ago.

If I pay you $379 + Tax and fees, and you refund me $15. It's not worth it for me since a new one is just $100 more. I'll buy tonight and cancel my order with the new phone if you drop it to $350, else no big deal. Good luck!

Shipping costs should be budgeted into the cost of the item per Swappa guidelines. Refunds shouldn't need to be issued to the buyer in this case. Express shipping refers to the overnight option, which buyers have an option to select for the cost the seller selected (if applicable.)
