Does it have a screen protector or its scratched onto the screen

on screen, but scratches are very light, more visible in that picture, hard to see

The Phone looks in good condition with an attractive price tag on it, I have a couple of questions and it would be ideal for me:
1. I live in the UK, are you able to ship internationally? Happy to pay a bit extra
2. I hunted this down as I was after the Snapdragon version and not the exynos version, can you confirm this?
3. I wanted to see if this has the dual sim hybrid or physical dual sim and weather it's 4G or 5G (3. these are not as important)
