No, the nick does not affect the display or usability at all. It isn't even visible when the phone is in a case.

Yes, I am the user of the phone, and I have had good battery life while using it. I would charge it overnight and the battery would last me through the day with occasionally plugging it in during work or in the car if needed.

Yes, I am open to lowering the price to $165 to match similarly priced phones on the marketplace.

I have uploaded a few more photos showing the battery usage stats and screen burn.

The screen burn is most visible when the screen is white. In the photo showing the lock screen, you can see screen burn of the menu bar along the bottom of the screen. In the photo of the Play store with an all-white background, there is a circle in the bottom right corner and square in the bottom left.
