I am also in Los Angeles and could pick up/pay however if that affects price.
Yeah I can do local. I believe with Swappa local you would pay the sale fee ($25) via Paypal to Swappa then the rest will be cash in person. Can you do $780 in person? That way you would also save by not having to pay tax.
