I appreciate the very generous offer Ishmael. However, as of right now I’d feel most comfortable at $1,335. That’s an all-in offer by the way, inclusive of fees and shipping. This is marked down from my original $1,500 asking price.

For the sake of transparency I’d like to disclose to you that I also have this listed on local marketplaces (Facebook, etc.) and I have a few interested parties that I’m communicating with. Please know that I’m not saying this as some negotiation tactic but simply being honest and transparent about my intentions and sales process. I would feel horrible if I ultimately sold to someone else and you felt lead-on as a result, given that you are clearly a serious and well-informed buyer. Regardless, I sincerely appreciate your offer and consideration and hope we can do business!
