This phone is still in packaging from Verizon. I got this phone as a replacement device for my device and ended up using a different phone. It's still in perfect / mint / "Certified Like-New" condition from Verizon this way. I did open the box to ensure that it's working, but I have never used the phone other than verify that it works. I did not test all functionality, just that it powers on, but there is no reason it should not work perfectly, it's a new phone.
Any errors you see are from photography, the phone still has the screen protector on both front and rear from Verizon. I did remove a portion of it to take photo as you can see there. There are no scratches/damage anywhere that I can see.

Does this phone CV come with a sim card?
No, there is no sim card.
Well, it may, I didnt open the card to see. It does give you option to dial out and make a phone call (and pay by credit card for the call) so, there may be an unattached (to any account) SIM in there.
