Its sealed but it has no apple warranty remaining.

Yes its gone I checked on the apple website. I see the ifcc. I can't provide the serial until the device is sold.

My bad it does have the full year of warranty. I have posted the picture that proves that its unlocked to, I guess it doesn't show for how long it is since it hasn't been activated.
