I’ll likely need to get the screen replaced to make sure the scratch doesn’t get worse. That will cost $45, because it has AppleCare. Would you be willing to price it at $775 to account for that expense?

Unfortunately I had an issue with my current iPad and due to the outbreak I can't get a replacement by apple. Would you be willing to sell for 650 due to the scratch and that I won't be able to get it fixed for the foreseeable future. Any consideration is greatly appreciated.
Is the iPad still on the iPadOS 13.3 version? Will you accept $700.
