I can only ship to the address provided during checkout, so please make sure your address is accurate before you place your order.

We offer 30 day returns on items if you decide to change your mind. However, these discretionary returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless item is defective (in this case we will provide a prepaid return label).

No matter how you ship it back, the buyer is responsible for its safe return. I suggest purchasing shipping insurance for any return. If it does not make it back to me in the same condition you received it, I cannot offer a full refund. If you ship a return, and it never makes it, I cannot offer a refund at all. Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we will be unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased.

Im not sure if it's swappa or PayPal but, I keep trying to pay and it said my payment went through but it looks like it is still listed here. I'm not sure what to do. Can I pay with out PayPal?

Are you able to send an invoice to me? I am trying again to send payment now, but it's "spinning" on swappa's end. PayPal was a little quicker that last time I tried to send payment.
