Does it come with apple care?

We did not purchase AppleCare, but of course it is still eligible to be added if you choose to do so.

I apologize Achan, I was under the impression you could add AppleCare anytime within the first year of ownership with a diagnostic or inspection. It actually still says that on one of their support pages I just looked up. I guess they changed that. When I did check with the serial and it is no longer eligible. Sorry!

How come is not eligible anymore for applecare? can I ask where you bought it?

Daniel, Apple changed the eligibility rules sometime since I had a Macbook previously. Even though I bought from and picked up at Apple store, you now have to add within 60 days of purchase instead of any time within the first year that it's under Apple's standard warranty. Doesn't make any sense to me, as they're still able to either inspect in person or run remote diagnostic, but that's what they've done. Sorry that it's ineligible!

Achan, my price is competitive with other postings here on swappa with the same specs and AppleCare status. As this has literally been used for between 5-10 hours, you're saving hundreds and getting a new Macbook. It is worth every penny of this price! I hope you'll reconsider. Thanks!

Achan, I'm going to hold steady. Not in a hurry to sell. I will monitor average prices, but frankly, I'll just keep it if I'm going to take that big of a hit. Some people just need cash right now and I, thankfully, do not.

would you sell it for 1950 including overnight shipping. i struck a deal with another seller for that price on here and bought it, then he said he dropped it while resetting it. another one also sold for 1900 on here recently
