We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.

How much was this device used?
It was used a few months very lightly, hence the low battery cycles
Will it come with original paperwork? I know that is needed to maintain Apple care.
You don't need paperwork for Applecare it's attached to the device, and this MacBook doesn't have Applecare just repairs and coverage.
Okay. Then why is coverage until 2022? I thought basic warranty was only a year.
Thats is usually the case, this was a tech firm owned laptop and from my understanding theybare able to get it for longer periods of time. I added a photo of the coverage.
