Would you be able to provide the serial number so I can see if this is covered under Apple's replacement program for the keyboard?
And are you the original owner with proof of purchase?
Is the original box included?

I could probably find proof of purchase from BestBuy. I should have email receipt. The keyboard was replaced last spring already so I'm not sure it would be eligible again. To prevent this need, I bought and use a keyboard cover. Keyboard is still flawless. I don't think I have the original box though.

I would be highly interested, but the high battery cycle count concerns me.

Of course. That's the main reason I have it at a low price. Keep in mind that It took about 3 years of not being particularly careful to get the count that high.
