no cords included? Where are the scratches? Can't tell from the pictures

Sorry--I have the original box and the block charger, but not the cord.
The scratches are hard to see--has to be at the right angle/lighting.

What's the battery health percentage under settings? Also is it unlocked pr att only

The battery health is at 84%.

We are the original owners and have only used it under an AT&T account. I can contact AT&T to 'unlock it', assuming that it is locked, but this usually takes a few days. I am reluctant to advertise it as 'unlocked' because potential purchasers may not pay attention to the model number, and it isn't going to work under ALL competitors' systems, e.g., Sprint.

Are the scratches on the back glass or front screen?

Front—I’ll try to see if I can get them to show up in a photo.

Blake, I uploaded 3 more photos and identified the scratches that I was referring to. They aren't apparent when the screen is lit up with icons.
