No, it's currently locked to T-Mobile. They'll unlock it for free after it's used on their network for a few days. Once unlocked it's compatible with all GSM and CDMA networks.

@swappa, I'm also curious about the blue PayPal verified badge. Looks like it only appears once a listing moves to "Recently Sold", as opposed to "Active" listings from the same seller. It wasn't like that before. Was there a recent change in policy on how this badge is displayed?
